What you can come to us for
Content corrections. If you find a step that's gone stale, a screenshot that no longer matches the current interface, or a number that's wrong, tell us. Once we verify it, we correct it and log it in the corrections. These are the messages we welcome most.
Partnerships. We're open to media, content and channel collaborations. In your message, just say briefly who you are and what you'd like to work on.
Suggestions and questions. Want us to cover a certain beginner topic, or think a tool could be better? Say so — we factor it in when we pick what to work on next.
A few things we can't do — please understand
To avoid misleading anyone, and to protect your account, there are a few kinds of requests we simply don't take:
Things we won't do
We don't give investment advice — we won't tell you what to buy, how much, or when to buy or sell. We don't operate accounts for you — no placing orders, no managing positions, no "signal calls." And we will never ask for your login password, funds password, SMS / Google verification codes, seed phrase or private keys. Anyone claiming to be CoinVair and asking for these is an impostor — block them and report to Binance.
No personalized financial or tax plans. Those require a licensed professional weighing your specific situation, which is beyond our scope. We do education only.
No handling of Binance account issues. Stuck withdrawals, risk-control holds, failed KYC, order disputes — take those to Binance official support. We're not Binance, we can't reach your account, and we have no authority to act on your behalf. Our guides can help you understand the process, but the real actions and appeals have to happen with Binance official.
No collecting passwords, no "unfreezing" for you. Anyone who says sending over your code or password will "speed things up" or "unfreeze" something is running a scam.
One reminder: CoinVair's only official public email is [email protected]. We won't reach out through unknown DMs, groups, or phone calls to handle any account operation for you. Treat the contact details published on this site as the only valid ones.
